Our Services
Finding and training volunteers that are prepared to step in as first and second line responders are important elements to developing community capacity and through programs like our cutting edge AFO (All for One) program, we help build capacity through character building, disaster preparedness training and employment placements.
It is no secret that our under-served communities are impacted most in the event of disasters, not only because of weak infrastructure, but because criminal elements have helped make these communities far more venerable in times of disastrous situations. DWW has developed Legal services to provide for those who have been victimized during catastrophic man-made or natural disasters.
Provide structured responses to communities affected by disasters. DWW’s system has been developed to include practitioners who are instrumental in the implementation of SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analyses and “best practices” with the residents and organizations within affected communities to develop a customized ” 3 Tier” approach that builds on local strengths and maximizes recovery resources.
DADSRA WORLDWIDE, offers a comprehensive, flexible, and integrated Human Resources Management system that provides timely community service-based administrative policies and procedures as well as the advice, service, training and support needed to manage employees and external services.
DADSRA WORLDWIDE, provide services to address the needs of consumers and the consumer’s families, when appropriate, and arranges, coordinates, monitors, evaluates, and advocates for a variety multiple services to meet the specific complex needs of people that are exposed to disasters(Before-During and After). Our model addresses both the individual client’s psychosocial status as well as the state of the social system in which case management operates. The model further recognizes that interventions may be required at both the client and system levels, which may include linking the client with systems that provide him or her with services, resources, and opportunities.
DWW looks at communities from a holistic perspective. When addressing logistic support issues, DWW takes into account that in most disastrous situations, moving people to the proper safety zones and getting them the needed resources, like food, shelter and medicine, can make the difference between survival or total devastation. DWW is equipped to provide the Logistical strategies for supporting such efforts through pre and post evaluations.
Community Revitalization/Collaboration is the cornerstone to recovery after catastrophic events. DWW addresses the phase of recovery with innovative approaches which cover the individual, family and community. DWW takes a close look at the major indicators that effect individuals, families, communities through collaboration, coalition building, and coordination, with DWW partners at the Federal, State, Local levels, and through Corporate partnerships where these needs are addressed with positive outcomes.
These services are to aid communities in identifying grant and procurement sources at the Federal, State, Local levels, and through Public and Private Foundations and efforts.
This service provides the man-power needed during these catastrophic situations. It employs the labor of the early responders and (ECM) Emergency Case Managers. Additionally, it employs the technical personnel and construction workers- who are charged with rebuilding these devastated communities.
