PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – A local non-profit is encouraging you to kick off your summer with a health screening. A guest joined us live on Newschannel 7 Today Friday morning with the details.
DADSRA and the Panama City Quality of Life will be hosting a community health fair Saturday, June 26 at New Bethel Missionary in Panama City from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Executive Director Michelle Clay says DADSRA wanted to make staying healthy more accessible for everyone of all ages, especially after many missed their annual health screenings due to COVID-19 last year. She says a blood bus will also be there Saturday to encourage residents to donate since there has been a shortage due to the pandemic.
